It was my second time at the Uhuru Festival so I knew what to expect already. The Festival is about far more than just music. It’s the art, the people, the food, participating at a workshop or just trying something new that makes this place feel very magical for that one week.
In order to capture the shier variety of people and activities I went to explore the whole festival area and spent a lot of time getting to know people and stopping by at multiple workshops.

I wanted the video to show how carefree the people are and how much one can experience here. It was definitely like a different world but I think the video displays the mood rather nicely.
This was a collaboration with Freelancer Fabba for the Uhuru Festival 2019. 2020 is the 25th Anniversary of the Festival and the video is promoting it.
